The Postgraduate program, MA in English offered at Jain (Deemed-to-be) University is aligned with New education policy (NEP) and the program has been developed to provide an opportunity to those learners who wish to pursue higher studies in English Literature and Language. The program shall enable students to develop an in-depth understanding of the multifaceted aspects of contemporary English studies, acquire knowledge of key debates in linguistics and literature along with the ability to carry out independent research. The program will also foster fundamental literary concepts among the students across various periods, genres, and cultures in English literature that will include topics like Contemporary Poetry, Drama and Fiction, and Literary Theories.
